Im deutschen Metaluntergrund sind HATEFUL AGONY schon längst keine Unbekannten mehr, bereits seit den 90er Jahren des letzten Jahrtausends machen sie mit ihrem energetischen Thrashmetal und unzähligen Liveauftritten unter anderem mit FLOTSAM & JETSAM oder RATOS DE PORAO von sich reden. Auch wenn ihr ungehobeltes Hochgeschwindigkeitsbrett nicht gerade mainstreamtauglich ist und an die frühen Bands des Genres wie DESTRUCTION und FORBIDDEN erinnert, bleiben die Münchner Urgesteine ihrer Richtung treu. Daß sie damit auf der richtigen Spur fahren, beweist die durch Kontinuität und Qualität ihres musikalischen Outputs erspielte, solide Fanbase.

In the German metal underground HATEFUL AGONY are no longer unknown, already since the 90s of the last millennium they have been making a name for themselves with their energetic thrash metal and countless live performances with FLOTSAM & JETSAM or RATOS DE PORAO, among others. Even if their uncouth high-speed board is not exactly suitable for the ainstream and reminds of the early bands of the genre like DESTRUCTION and FORBIDDEN, the Munich originals stay true to their direction. The fact that they are on the right track is proven by the solid fan base that they have gained through the continuity and quality of their musical output.
